We are looking for a highly driven sales leader to lead our Noida branch and scale revenue aggressively.
📍 Location: Noida, Sector 3
💼 Position: Branch Manager / Sr. Branch Manager
💰 CTC: ₹6 LPA – ₹9 LPA
🔑 What we’re looking for:
✔️ Minimum 5+ years of hardcore sales experience
✔️ Proven track record of generating sales via video meetings
✔️ Strong experience in Telesales / Inside Sales
✔️ Hands-on experience in managing 20–25+ team members
✔️ Ability to drive numbers, discipline, and daily performance
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a high-performing sales team
• Drive revenue through video & telesales channels
• Ensure daily productivity, conversion, and closures
• Coach, monitor, and push the team to achieve targets
