Mivanta is looking for an Inside Sales Executive to support our sales operations and drive business growth in the IT Services & Consulting domain.
π§ Key Responsibilities:
β’ Generate leads and cold call/email prospects to introduce products and services
β’ Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industries, and market trends
β’ Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other channels professionally and promptly
β’ Follow up with debtors through calls and emails on a weekly basis for outstanding payment collection
β’ Act as a liaison between the RFID sales team, customers, and internal departments
β’ Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional support
β’ Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and collect feedback for continuous improvement
β’ Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards in all sales-related activities
π― Requirements:
β’ Bachelorβs degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or any related field
β’ 0β3 years of experience in Inside Sales / Sales Support (RFID experience is a plus)
β’ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
β’ Ability to multitask and manage customer interactions effectively
β’ Basic understanding of IT services or RFID solutions is preferred
