We are looking for Customer Relationship Executives (CREs) to join our team for VI Postpaid SIM Sales and Customer Service.
🔹 Job Responsibilities:
VI Postpaid SIM sales & activation
Customer interaction and relationship management
MNP handling and postpaid plan explanation
Walk-in / store / field customer support
Daily sales and activity reporting
🔹 Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate
Good communication skills (English / Hindi preferred)
Experience in telecom or sales is an advantage (Freshers are welcome)
Target-driven with a customer-first attitude.
