📍 Location: RR Nagar, Bangalore
🕘 Work Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

🔸 Support Executive – Payment Gateway
🔸Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Communicate with merchants to promote and explain services
🔹 Calling and follow up with merchants regarding onboarding and documentation
🔹 Collect and verify necessary documents as per bank requirements for both Pay-in and Payout
🔹 Coordinate with the bank for document verification and approval

🔸Requirements:
🔹Good communication skills (Hindi is mandatory)
🔹Basic understanding of payment gateway/fintech domain preferred
🔹Customer-centric attitude
🔹Strong understanding of follow up and coordination

🔸 Talent Acquisition Specialist
🔸Key Responsibilities:
🔹End-to-end recruitment support
🔹Sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
🔹Maintaining candidate databases
🔹Using various channels to source candidates, source and review CVs, conduct pre-screening interviews.
